Information you choose to provide
When the intake connection is enabled, you may choose to provide your name, a safe phone number or email address, a broad matter category, preferred response timing, and general appointment preferences. Please do not provide a detailed case narrative, names of other parties, government identification numbers, payment-card information, medical records, documents, passwords, or other confidential or sensitive information.
How information may be used
The firm may use the limited information you provide to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate person, arrange an appointment, protect the website, and maintain business records. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Virtual assistant and service providers
The website may rely on service providers for hosting, security, communications, scheduling, and virtual-assistant functions. They may process limited information only to provide those services. The firm will configure access and retention according to its approved operating procedures.
Chat and call records
Full chat-transcript retention is not enabled by default. Call recording and transcription are not enabled by default. If the firm later enables either feature, the applicable notice and consent process will be presented before use and this notice will be updated.
Private review status
During the current private website review, the intake assistant demonstrates the intended workflow but does not transmit or store the information entered into it. Secure delivery will be connected only after the firm approves recipients, retention, and scheduling settings.
